Currently working as Specialist (Agriculture & Food Security & Livelihood ) at BRAC under the Integrated Development Programme (IDP). Agriculture and rural development professionals with over 5 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, sustainable crop production, regenerative agriculture and livestock management.Worked as a Trainer on Regenerative Agriculture, focusing on sustainable soil and crop management practices, including the preparation and use of Biochar, Jeevamrutha, and organic pesticides made from ten-leaf bio pesticide mixtures. Previously served as Agronomist and Project Coordinator in the Primark Sustainable Cotton Programme at TMSS, contributing to cotton sustainability, agroforestry, and field-level capacity building. Skilled in monitoring & evaluation using KoboToolbox and Statistix 10, digital agriculture tools(M&E app), training facilitation, donor reporting, and coordination with government and non-government stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver technical solutions that empower farmers, enhance productivity, and promote environmental sustainability.
