I am an experienced development professional with a background in economics (microfinance) and expertise in monitoring & evaluation (M&E), economic development, strategic planning, project management, and gender mainstreaming. My work in designing and implementing performance assessment systems for large-scale social programs has strengthened my ability to optimize business processes, assess impact, and drive data-informed decision-making. The skills I have gained in the development sector—such as strategic planning, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement—are highly transferable to the business sector. My expertise in M&E, for example, aligns closely with corporate performance management, helping organizations enhance operational efficiency, track key performance indicators, and leverage data for strategic growth. Managing large-scale donor-funded projects has honed my ability to oversee complex initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and deliver measurable results, all of which are essential for success in a business environment. Beyond international organizations, I have collaborated with local governments, businesses, and SMEs on economic growth, investment attraction, and strategic planning. Leading teams of 10 to 20 experts, I successfully executed initiatives across 30 Serbian municipalities—experience that translates to managing corporate projects, optimizing resource allocation, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
