I’m a Rotary Peace Fellow and a community-focused expert in Peacebuilding, Civic Engagement and Political Participation, Project Management, and Capacity Building, with over 14 years of experience leading high-impact social change initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa. I hold a Master’s degree in Global Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire (UK), and I bring together academic excellence and hands-on field experience to design and lead transformative programs that promote sustainable peace, community engagement, integrity, and sustainable development. My expertise spans sustainable development program design, conflict transformation, stakeholder engagement, human rights–based approaches, and participatory evaluation. Over the years, I’ve served in key leadership roles: Projects Unit Manager, Component Lead, Project Manager, Master Trainer, Senior Program Developer, and Community Engagement Specialist, across renowned international and local organizations. I’m certified in peace program design, project management for development professionals, and advising in peacebuilding contexts, and have extensive experience as a Master Trainer with organizations such as Mercy Corps, Axiom International, and the Civil Peace Service. Passionate about fostering peace, driving positive social change, and strengthening community engagement and resilience, I strive to empower individuals and institutions through inclusive, evidence-based, and locally grounded capacity-building initiatives.
