Monitoring and Documentation ( M&D) Officer

Support the MEAL department in monitoring and evaluating child protection, safeguarding, and nutrition activities. Prepare and share high-quality daily and monthly reports—including indicator trackers, activity trackers, M&E plans, and case management databases— exclusively with the MEAL Coordinator. Develop case studies, success stories, and field documentation to support learning and advocacy. Conduct regular field monitoring visits, create activity-specific checklists, and report findings to the Project Coordinator, copying the MEAL Coordinator when necessary. Assist in developing and applying monitoring tools and ensuring compliance with quality standards and donor requirements. Contribute to baseline surveys, impact assessments, and data reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability. Maintain and update complaints and feedback mechanisms, ensuring confidentiality, timely resolution, and documentation. Support in conducting initial inquiries on serious complaints and follow up actions. Participate in procurement processes, ensure proper monitoring of inputs and activities, and perform additional tasks as assigned by the MEAL Coordinator or line manager.

Social Mobilizer

Executed community engagement in hard-to-reach areas for UN staff. Coordinated with government departments and supported activity documentation.
