Field Monitor

* Liaise on behalf of WFP with relevant local government authorities and communities to assess the requirements of food assistance; negotiate access whenever required. * Oversee and monitor WFP activities in the provinces of respective WFP Area Offices in accordance with WFP and United Nations policies and procedures. * Visit project sites regularly and monitor food/CBT distributions, construction of labor works, Nutrition and school feeding programs. * Undertake post-distribution monitoring collection of market prices and other available information as directed by WFP. * Undertake food needs and food security assessments from time to time as required. * Report on project implementation progress submitting monitoring assessment reports. * General implementation as well as on project outputs utilizing the WFP Monitoring Tool Kit; * Provide a back-to-office report based on the WFP Reporting Format. Including photographs, train cooperating partners and/or counterparts as required with emphasis on formulation of interventions beneficiary selection and reporting. * Perform other related activities as required and requested

Project Officer

* To lead, control and manage the provincial office in terms of program planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation. * Managing and monitoring of activities under below strategic priorities: * Strategic Priority 1: Empowerment of women and girls to lead in breaking the cycle of poverty and violence and gain control over economic resources and livelihood options to live a life with dignity. * Strategic Priority 2: Ensuring sustainable food and nutrition security, promoting climate resilient sustainable agriculture and inclusive livelihoods for the people living in poverty and conflict. * Strategic Priority 3: Building resilience of the right holders to conflicts and disasters and respond to humanitarian issues with people-centered rights-based alternatives, including preparedness, adaptation and prevention. * Strategic Priority 4: Increasing civic participation and state accountability through youth led advocacy for quality and gender responsive public services and fair distribution of resources. * Coordinating the programs with all associated government offices through regular meetings * Coordinating the programs with entire project related stakeholders and engage them when and where required for effective running & implementation of programs * Coordinating inter-provincial round tables with religious, political and community leaders to share knowledge and solutions related to safeguarding the women’s legal rights. * Providing reference services to women / girls’ victims of violence. * Facilitate and coordinating sessions, trainings, venue identification, baseline survey and end-line survey * Coordinating vocational training centers and identifying the issues and resolve them in close coordination with regional manager.

District Supervisor

* Supervise the project parameters at field level and Facilitating all sorts of project needs * Conducting household surveys and food security to find eligible beneficiaries for the project * Responsible for selecting beneficiaries according to household survey per set criteria and poverty ranking. * Organizing the Cash transfer to beneficiaries in the presence of the committee members of cash Transfer. * Conducting post distribution monitoring and reporting to the manager * Conducting regular meeting with concerned staffs at the district level * Monitoring the project activities and report to the project manager in a timely fashion. * Preparing and maintain all documents of activities in the office. * Liaise with different stakeholders and the district government officials at the district level. * Conducting individual meetings with the beneficiaries on a regular basis and providing timely input and feedback to their problems/issues. * Fully responsible for the financial management of the project at the district level

Provincial Coordinator

* Weekly progressed meeting with GIZ-ESIP & international consultants. * Coordination and collaboration with project partners and other key stakeholders. * Ensure the effective result-based management of the project in compliance with GIZ-ESIP policies and procedures. * Provide weekly reports to GIZ-ESIP Director on achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions/recommendations. * Ensure that the program operation continues smoothly and desired milestones are meet as per the work plans. * Solving of site and social problems of project with relevant government authorities. * Coordinates the delivery of all materials and checking against purchase orders. * Conducting regular field visits with counterparts to monitor field activities. * Manage day-to-day survey of the project. * Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as per approved design project.

Site Manager

* Weekly progressed meeting with DABS commander, relevant government authorities and Vision RI consultant site manager. * Solving of site and social problems of project with relevant government authorities. * Manage the purchase of materials and land acquisitions. * Provide daily report, weekly report, monthly report, and prepare work plan for project and authorized local representative. * Monitor Sub – Contractor site work as per approved design project and work quality. * Coordinates the delivery of all materials and checking against purchase orders. * Manage day-to-day construction of the project. * Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as per approved design project. * Responsible for documentation of all changes like drawings, as – built drawing and providing the documents for invoice process like JMC and MRC.

Quality Control Engineer

* Review the process of construction at the site periodically & profess changes to adhere to quality norms. * Perform needed tests on site to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications * Supervise construction works contracts including quantity measurement, quality and variation. * Report to the Project Manager control and monitor all activities related to Quality * Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates calibration test results inspection requests non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. * Review of the Bill of Quantities and the contract documents for each section of the construction task.
