Customer Services Manager/Branch Operations Manager/Cash Supervisor

 Working in Islamic network introduced by U-Microfinance Bank-IMD (Islamic Microfinance Division), Islamic Banking Products, Sharia Compliance.  Responsible for supervision of all operations functions like account opening documentation, Loan documentation, cash receipt/payments, clearing/remittance, branch security and cleanliness/general maintenance etc., Ensuring correct and timely implementation of HO circulars.  Deposit mobilization in branch and achieved all FTM, FY targets.  Reporting as an Area Office Coordinator in U-Microfinance Bank.  Achievement of the assigned Liability & Asset targets, high level of compliance, low level of risk and good audit rating.  Serve as a backup to the BM.  Counter Services at the Branch with a view to achieving timely and accurate processing of deliverables in a controlled environment.  Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Branch Operations efficiently and consistently.  Approval and supervision of daily transactions relating to cash and Cheque deposits/withdrawals including clearing and collection items, maintenance of Security stationary/Drop Box, issuance of PO/DD etc.  Ownership of compliance, Audit and self-assessment functions including rectification of all discrepancies.  Ensure preparedness of the branch for review and audit by internal/external/SBP Auditors. Timely and accurate preparation/submission of all returns including KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), Finance, SBP and others as directed by Head of Branch Operations.  Ensure all expenses are recorded against proper and approved bills and claims/vouchers. Oversee the account opening process and maintain controls with respect to exceptions through proactive resolution and follow-ups.  Continuously review risk to the cash area and the safety of the branch, arrange/advise due precautions/measures for overall safety and integrity.  Arrange insurance coverage for excess cash in premises.  Manage petty cash transitions/replenishment.  Level-Migration of U-Paisa Account (Level-0, Level-1, Level-2, Retailer Account).  Account opening through BVS (Bio-metric Device), Manual Account Opening as well.  Animal Livestock Tagging, expired handling.  TPP Pouches (Gold Loan) Handling, authorization.  FCR (Finance Transactions Receipt) Book handling as well authorizations.  U-Paisa Account (M-Wallet) (Accounts updating, Death Claim, CNIC updating, Verification, Statement etc.).

Branch Manager

Working in Islamic window introduced by UBL (UBL Ameen), Islamic Digital Account, Islamic Banking Product, Capital Market Mutual funds, Islamic Insurance.  Supervision of Counter Services, Clearing, Utility Bills, FCY transactions, PO, DDs & PRIs.  Handling of Lockers, GOP Securities, Chq Books, and preparation of reports & Exhibits.  Customer Quick Account Opening (Current/Saving/Assan Current/Assan.  Savings/Loan) with obtaining all accurate and complete documents (as devised in Operations Manual & SBP Prudential Regulations). At the EOD, AOF and documents are to be sent to CPU with checklist. Record in shape of a report to be maintained.  Implementation of SOP's, SBP Prudential Regulations and SBP Directives.  Assume responsibility of BOM and Universal Teller, as and when required.  Checking of daily ITJ & TAT.  Processing and delivered ATM and ADC.  Replenishing the ATM.  Monitor cash sorting in strict adherence to SBP’s procedures and guidelines.  Deposit Mobilization, NTB, and TDR, Target meet in NTB, ETB, ADC, Banca and Consumer. Manage prize bonds and petty cash transitions.

Business Development Officer

Working in Islamic Islamic Banking Product, Capital Market Mutual funds, Islamic Insurance.  Deposit Mobilization in NTB also ETB.  Consumer Targets as per monthly and annually targets achieved.  Banca target as per monthly and annually targets achieved. Assist the cashiers in their daily transactions and effectively resolve any problems arising from interaction with internal and external customers.  Customers dealing through physically and phonically visits.  Daily visit and pipeline prepare for achieving the targets.  Ensure effective and efficient handling of customers in the branch and provide them services according to the laid down service and quality indicators.  Any other responsibility assigned by OM/BM.  Maintain records of all kinds of correspondence, circulars etc.
