I am a development professional with over 12 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation across Afghanistan. My work has focused on diverse sectors including education, health and nutrition, agriculture, food security, livelihoods, WASH, DRR, child protection, MHPSS, peacebuilding, and climate change. I have successfully contributed to projects funded by leading international donors such as UNICEF, USAID, UN agencies, the World Bank, EU, ECHO, AHF, and others. Throughout my career, I have designed and managed M&E systems, developed research tools including FGDs and surveys, conducted impact assessments, and facilitated evidence-based decision-making. In addition to technical skills, I have strong experience in capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and organizing provincial and national dialogues that ensure community voices are heard and reflected in development policies. I am passionate about using data-driven insights and participatory approaches to improve accountability, strengthen learning, and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.
