Community Mobilizer

● Planning, coordinating, and participating in CHV monthly meetings, CU dialogue, and action days ● Assessing and verifying CHV performance in regard to performance-based financing ● Linking CHVs to CHAs at the facility level. ● Supporting CHVs to conduct household registrations and mapping of key target groups such as pregnant and lactating mothers. ● Supporting key project beneficiaries during their review meetings. ● Conducting community DQA

Data Clerk

• Data Reconstruction and OVC information entry to the OLMIS database • Helping Community Volunteers to fill/collect relevant OVC information the form as required • Assist CHV in filling out OVC source data • Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. • Processing OVC and their household information and account source documents by reviewing; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. • Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete • Securing information by completing database backups. • Maintaining operations by following rules and procedures; reporting needed changes. • Maintaining beneficiary’s confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
