And provided management and administrative and finance support • Conduct monitoring visits for campaign activities, household surveys, and any other programme interventions. • Compile data from the field teams on monthly basis to feed into the centralized database at the national level, and report via the monthly program reporting template. • Support the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support regional and performance management • Support data compilation, data editing/cleaning and quality assurance of data • Support the analysis of quantitative data from different sources and prepare tables, graphs, charts, infographics, dashboards, maps to highlight issues, challenges • Analyse and generate reports for monitoring data reported by the field teams via standard monitoring checklist/tools • Provide technical support to all regions in the development and implementation of data analysis and visualization tools. • Maintain regular communication with relevant dnors, stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, challenges, and opportunities, reporting regularly to the cluster, Government authorities, and other relevant bodies. • Leading to develop, review and regularly revise the detailed implementation plan with implementation methodology and tracking activities. • Evaluating projects outcomes and prepare project closure reports, conducting post-implementation reviews, analyzing project data, and preparing final reports that summarize project achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects. • Supervise regional project staff, providing guidance and support as needed, managing team members, ensuring they have the resources and information they need to complete their work effectively. • Supporting procurement department, leading tech team related to RFQ, RFP and other documents. • Conducting periodic site visits to monitor project activities and impact, assess progress, and identify areas for improvement, traveling to project sites, meeting with project staff and stakeholders, and observing project activities firsthand. • Developing/designing and participating in field-based need assessments and gap analyses, including risk and vulnerability assessments and maintaining relationship with all stakeholders. • Supported relevant activities to the IPMR, • Any other task assigned by supervisor
