This includes • Marketing the organizations products and services • Managing daily operations in the digital printing, screen printing and embroidery departments • Responding to queries about products and services • Scheduling appointments and meeting prospective and existing customers • Managing job process from writing quotations, jobcards, quality checks • coordinating with the Production team for desired satisfaction of customers • Keeping and managing inventory of production materials • Preparing Bid documents and Pre-qualifications for tenders

Branch Office Administrator

• Managing day to day operations of the office • Supervising in the production processes • Managing job process from writing quotations, job cards, quality checks • Customer relationship management • Keeping and managing inventory of production materials • Manage budget and allocate resources appropriately • Staff motivation • Sending weekly reports to Head office

Business Development Officer

• Marketing the organizations products and services • Supervising in the embroidery department • Managing job process from writing quotations, job cards, quality checks • Customer relationship management • Quality Control checks on products and ensuring best service delivery • Coordinating with the Production department for desired satisfaction of clients • Resolve issues between Production department and clients in relation to quality of products and delivery times
