Resham is a seasoned Agri-Livestock and One Health professional with 20+ years of experience in the development sector, including 15+ years in senior project and team management and 5+ years in leading regional programs across Asia, placing smallholders at the centre of his work. He specializes in rural development, livelihoods, food & nutrition security, agriculture & livestock value chains, and One Health initiatives. He has successfully designed, implemented, and managed complex projects across one to three countries, with experience in remote management and leading multidisciplinary teams of 3–150 professionals—including national and international technical, managerial, and support staff. His expertise covers project cycle management including project/program formulation, proposal development, donor reporting, fund and grant management, value chain and market analysis, enterprise development, training & facilitation, and NGO management. He is passionate about translating technical knowledge into practical solutions that strengthen resilient and inclusive food systems.
