Currently serving as Associate Director of Programme Management at Feed the Children, Rhoda leads strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of complex, multi-country programmes benefiting over half a million people. She manages multi-million-dollar portfolios, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance and accountability while embedding evidence-based learning across teams and partnerships. Rhoda has a strong record in multi-country coordination, donor engagement, and policy influence, having led programmes across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Malawi.
