I have over 20 years of development work experience. I have successfully implemented and managed projects and programs on institutional capacity building, media and civil society development, good governance and decentralization, agriculture development and irrigation, small and medium business development in cooperation with state structures and different local and international organizations (USAID, UNDP, OSCE, GIZ, EU). I am trilingual (Eng, Rus, Geo) and computer literate. In addition, I possess extensive experience in developing and implementing program monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks, along with comprehensive performance monitoring plans. I have successfully designed data collection methods and instruments, as well as collected and analyzed data. This has enabled me to prepare insightful analytical reports and offer valuable recommendations for diverse development programs implemented by UN Women, UNDP, USAID, World Bank, etc. Furthermore, I have led numerous final and mid-term evaluations and have managed country-wide baseline and end-line studies for various development projects and programs. I am particularly proud of my achievement as a certified Gender Audit Facilitator by the International Labor Organization (ILO). This certification has equipped me with the skills to conduct comprehensive gender assessments, identifying both best practices and gaps in gender mainstreaming processes at various organizational levels. I have applied this expertise and administered gender audits in state structures, such as Ministries, Agencies, and City Hall in Georgia, contributing to the advancement of gender equality and women's empowerment.
