ICT Engineer (Technical Lead)

Supervised a team of three IT technicians across the main office and sub-delegations. •Administered the ICT infrastructure at the main office in Bangui and sub-sites in Kaga-Bandoro, Bouar, Ndélé, and Bambari. •Oversaw incident management through the VSM Light platform. •Coordinated all IT operations during the absence of the ICT Coordinator. •Trained technicians on ICRC institutional policies and standards. •Installed 2.4-meter VSAT antennas in ICRC Bouar sub-office (Newtec systems, satellite provider: Orange Business Services). •Reviewed and optimized HF and VHF (base and mobile) installations to improve communication services. •Updated and standardized technical documentation for the Bangui, Kaga-Bandoro, Ndélé, and Bambari sites. •Led the deployment project of IT and telecom infrastructure at the new Bouar site. •Conducted a comprehensive review of the ICT equipment inventory across the five ICRC sites in the Central African Republic.
