Branch Manager

I oversee all aspects of daily pharmacy operations from stock management to ensuring every prescription dispensed meets the highest professional standards. I coordinate procurement and inventory to prevent shortages, while enforcing Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) across all storage areas. A big part of my work involves mentoring pharmacists and technicians, ensuring that patients not only receive their medications safely but also the right information for proper use. This role has strengthened my leadership and reinforced my passion for improving community access to quality pharmaceutical care.

Branch Manager

I managed the day-to-day operations of a busy retail pharmacy, supervising a team of pharmacists and interns to ensure seamless patient care. I worked closely with suppliers to maintain a stable drug supply chain, reducing the risk of stock-outs. Beyond managing operations, I provided clinical guidance to patients on the safe and effective use of medicines and led initiatives to improve record-keeping and accountability in dispensing. This experience helped me build strong interpersonal and management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Clinical Pharmacist

I worked within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and rational drug therapy for both inpatients and outpatients. My duties ranged from reviewing prescriptions and monitoring therapeutic outcomes to providing patient counseling and supporting field health outreaches. I also assisted in stock reconciliation, ensuring proper documentation of all drugs received and dispensed. The role deepened my understanding of clinical decision-making and strengthened my commitment to patient-centered care.
