 Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT operations to support business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.  Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage the IT budget to ensure cost effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. Oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, negotiating contracts with vendors.  Cloud Services Management: Oversee the management of Azure cloud services, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with data protection regulations.  Hardware and Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle of hardware resources including laptops, phones, and meeting room technology.  Internal IT support services. Manage the internal IT service desk operations and performance.  Software and Subscription Management: Administer Microsoft 365, Rediffmailpro, access management including SSO, and other Microsoft subscriptions.  Data Protection: Coordinate with the Director of Information Security to implement and manage Veeam backups for key business data and systems.  Security Compliance: Implement and manage changes derived from information security analysis or requirements to ensure a secure IT environment.  Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 30 IT professionals, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT services.  Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key IT contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on IT initiatives, challenges, and achievements.  Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve IT operations processes and practices to increase efficiency and meet evolving business needs.  Datacenter Operation: Managing Datacenter operation, Cyber Security, infrastructure architecture

Senior Manager -Datacenter Operation

 Infrastructure Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on servers, networking, and cooling systems and monitoring tools (like Nagios, Zabbix software) to identify issues early.  Uptime and Availability: Ensure continuous availability of systems hosted in the data center and Maintain uptime SLA (e.g., 99.99% or higher) to Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Report and analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.  Capacity Management: Ensure adequate resources are available to meet business demands, Track resource usage (power, space, cooling, compute), Plan for hardware upgrades and expansions and Implement scalable infrastructure practices.  Security and Compliance: Safeguard the data center from physical and cyber threats, implement physical security controls (access logs, surveillance), Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, STQC, etc.) and Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.  Incident and Problem Management: Quickly resolve issues and prevent recurrence, maintain incident logs and root cause analysis, Define escalation procedures and response SLAs and Conduct post-incident reviews and preventive measures.  Vendor and Asset Management: Optimize vendor relationships and asset lifecycle, Track hardware/software inventory and lifecycle, Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) and Coordinate with suppliers for hardware delivery and support.  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate operational documentation and provide visibility to stakeholders, Update standard operating procedures (SOPs), Provide regular performance and incident reports and Maintain configuration and change management logs.  Team Management and Training: Managing 30+ people of Team having multiple Domain Skill set (Devops, web Development, IT Infrastructure, App development.), Develop a skilled and responsive operations team, Assign tasks and monitor staff performance and Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning.
