Transmission Line Electrical Engineer

Transmission line 500 KV from Dasht-e-Alwan PuL-e-khumri up to Arghandi Kabul.  Implementation, checking and Supervision, Installation of tower Erection, Earthing, OPGW, Stringing ACSR, insulator, chipper, Testing and commissioning.  Meet contractual Responsible for safe Erection, Testing and Commissioning of all Electrical Equipment 500 KV survey & check survey and tower spotting.  Carrying out site survey & feasibility study.  Prepare Specifications, Scope of work, list of materials and drawings.  Management of resources required to efficiently execute construction activities.  (Personnel, Equipment, Material Movement etc.)  Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality management procedures.  Ensure construction is implemented in accordance with drawings.  Participate in testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment’s to ensure electrical systems specifications and requirements.  Monthly / Weekly Progress reporting to ensure projects are in schedule & within the budget.  Co-ordinate and supervise all Senior Electrical Technicians in the assigned area.  Review, check and approve work output of assigned personnel.  Prepare method statements for critical jobs, verify electrical procedures and instructions, plus scope of work for contract jobs and service work orders.  Well versed with Planning and Documentation works.  Experience in Specifying and Preparing Requisitions for Purchase of Electrical Equipment’s.  Supervise Technicians and improve their work output.  Good knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System.  Preparation of Purchase requisitions to ensure availability of Spares & Consumables. Basic and Detailed Engineering and Estimation for the project. Supervision of construction 64 Culverts  Supervision of 400 M3 Stone Masonry Wall and Checking quality of materials at site.  Supervision of Subgrade, Base Course and Wearing Course .  Coordinate with Regional Engineers on survey and design matters  Supervision of Excavation at site.  Administering of all the project.  Review - and verify design calculations , drawings and plans  Produce Engineering studies and cost estimates for option analysis.  Supervise the contractors to ensure all work as performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawing.  Preparation of daily activity reports, weekly report, monthly report.  Attended weekly and monthly meeting with Ministry of Public Works  Submitting technical documents to the project manager on weekly and monthly basis
