hahram Niazi is a certified program design and monitoring & evaluation specialist with over 14 years of experience in international development, grant management, and donor coordination. He currently serves as a Senior Program Officer at the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP), where he leads U.S. State Department–funded initiatives including the world’s largest Fulbright alumni engagement program. He has designed and managed large-scale grant portfolios, including a $1.4M university partnerships program fostering collaboration between 155 Pakistani and 18 U.S. universities.
