As a QA Engineer at Irembo, I play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital public services delivered through the Irembo platform. My responsibilities include: Developed and executed comprehensive test plans for IremboGov and IremboPay products, improving overall product quality and reducing customer-reported defects. Tested applications in a controlled sandbox environment before production release to ensure stability and compliance. Analyzed test results and prepared detailed system-level evaluation reports to verify and validate performance. Designed and implemented automated test scripts using Postman, Newman, CloudQA, and JMeter, improving efficiency and accelerating regression testing cycles. Reviewed new service designs for functionality and quality prior to launch. Established and maintained a robust testing environment, including test data management, test case management, and result reporting, ensuring all activities were well-documented and traceable. Created and executed automated regression, smoke, functional, and load tests to increase coverage and reduce manual effort.
