Scope As a Senior Coordinator for Program Quality I work closely with and under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) to design and deliver on high quality, innovative programs in close coordination and collaboration with other Senior Program Coordinators. The role has a particular focus on driving program quality and strategy, leading the technical coordinators in implementing high quality projects with particular attention to enhance program integration, strategic alignment with country, and global technical policy and guidance and supporting expansion of IRC work. This ensures timely and effective program delivery and coordination in all IRC program locations. The SPCQ role provides a focus on outcomes, client responsiveness, and represent IRC programs to major stakeholders, relevant government authorities and other program partners. The position directly supervises the technical Coordinators for health, nutrition, WASH, Education, ERD, Protection and WPE.

It is a partnership programme between KCB Foundation and MasterCard Foundation. The principal goal of the programme is to directly create 1,586,000 jobs in five years, directly reaching 114,000 beneficiaries categorised as Micro Enterprises and Small Enterprises spread across 3 economic sectors of Agriculture, Manufacturing and Construction in Kenya. The intention of the Programme is to fashion avenues to dignity and prosperity for young people through self-driven employment and wealth creation enterprises. The programme whose objectives are given below will also contribute to three of the National Big Four Agenda –Food Security; Manufacturing and Construction.
