Field coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee all provincial level project activities, including planning, executing monitoring and reporting. • Serve as the main liaison between provincial team , local partners clients and central offices • Ensure the project deliverables meet quality standards, budgets , and timelines • Develop detailed work plans, schedules and budgets for provincial operational challenges. • Collect and analyze date to prepare regular progress reports for senior management. • Support procurement and logistical arrangement for project resources and equipment • Ensure compliance with company polices, donor requirements, and local regulation. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary. • Facilitate capacity building, training and workshops for local staff and partners. • Develop and build on best practices to capacity enhancement of the awarded projects’ stakeholders. • Identify capacity gaps of key stakeholders/project participants and take appropriate measures to mitigate/minimize them. • Coordinate actions for performing training workshops, meetings, presentations, knowledge exchanges and other events. • Maintain a close and continuous relation with the relevant stakeholders and participant
