Usmanshah Afghan is the Deputy Director and senior PSEA focal point at the Social Development and Child Welfare Organisation (SDCWO). He graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Kandahar University, specializing in the Department of Energy. With extensive experience in supervision, project management, and community development, he leads teams, provides guidance, and manages program implementation across Kabul, Baghlan, and Mazar-i-Sharif.
