Dr. Wali Mohammad Wayal is a highly experienced Afghan development and health professional with more than 36 years of progressive experience in humanitarian response, public health, education, logistics, and programme management. He has held senior leadership and technical roles with UN agencies, international NGOs, and national institutions, managing large-scale, multi-sectoral programmes across several regions of Afghanistan. He currently works as Country Programme Manager at Afghan Literacy Organization (ALO), based in Kandahar.
