Training new onboarding SOCC Operators • Perform random audits on SOCC Operators every week to ensure policy and procedures are enforced. • Complete monthly Genetec audits and email them to the Project Manager (Denver Employee Active, Contractor Active, etc.) • Supervising badging requests, ensuring badges are fully completed with all requests for SNOW tickets, monitoring, and ensuring leaver requests have been completed and removed from Genetec. • Working closely with the Security Systems Engineer, assisting with requests such as conducting camera surveillance, running reports, etc. • Support for SOCC Operators and answer questions SOCC Operators may have on Genetec, Risk360, Symmetry, and all future applications. • Monitoring local mass media such as local news, social media, and local weather bulletins to notify the chain of command in any matter that could impact company safety operations, • Reviewing surveillance videos of company operation sites and reporting any suspicious, hazardous, or unusual activities and • Drafting, editing, and updating incident reports, daily activities report (DAR), and security team post orders.
