I am a development professional over 5 years managing development projects focused on gender, safeguarding, livelihood, digital skills/literacy and social inclusion. I specialize in integrating Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) frameworks into organizational policy, programs, and field operations, with proven expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive project design. As Project Manager – Gender Democracy at Onyx Investment Advisory Limited, I led the Women in Mechanized Agriculture Project, ensuring gender mainstreaming and safeguarding across all implementation levels. I work as an advocate to embed GEDSI principles in policies, training, and community outreach, while supporting M&E processes, indicator development, and inclusive outcome tracking. Previously, as Gender Technical/Program Officer at the Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD), I led gender empowerment initiatives, digital inclusion programs, GBV prevention, and coordinated child protection and disability inclusion components. I also facilitated ICT-for-development trainings, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagement around gender and tech. My strengths include project planning, stakeholder coordination, and using digital tools and MIS platforms to enhance data management, logistics, and reporting. I am also experienced in facilitation, research, data analysis, community mapping, and participatory assessments. Driven by a commitment to inclusive development, I bring strategic thinking, field-tested experience, and a collaborative approach to every project I lead
