Regional M&E Officer

Nangarhar Oversee provincial MEL efforts to document progress according to the AMELP. Plan and carry out regular and systematic monitoring visits to monitor the project activities at provincial level. Conduct surveys and interviews with AVC-Livestock beneficiaries at provincial level and support regional M&E team in completing data collection from project anchor firms and their associated producers in the field and coordinate with technical team to ensure beneficiary data submission is done in timely manners. Conducts plausibility and consistency checks of documents received from the field. Oversee the process of ensuring data quality and integrity by periodically conducting field visits and spot checks to verify data and investigate any data anomalies. Ensures the filing of soft and hard copies of all M&E data collected from the field using shared drive, TAMIS and M&E database. Conduct Baseline Survey for farmers and Agri Businesses. Contribute to monitoring and project performance reports highlighting program activities. Able to travel to districts/provinces as per need. Other duties as assigned by regional M&E specialist/team lead.
