• Ensure technical support is provided to VAS teams in-country offices to guarantee appropriate use of resources and quality implementation of VAS activities. • Assist and guide country offices in preparing the national budget. Assist the implementation of 2 campaigns per year according to checklists. Develop an effective communication and coordination system between the Regional Office (RO) and the Country Offices (CO). • Support in-country VAS teams in designing the budget in line with the program priorities and target population. HEALTH AND NUTRITION COORDINATOR

• Provide support in the development of proposal narrative and budget documents for donor submission, collaborating with the Program Quality and Development (PQD) and Area Program Development (ACDP) teams, as well as technical coordinators. • Maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders involved. • Engage with the State Ministry of Health, Locality Health Department, UN agencies, and other humanitarian actors to ensure the appropriate provision of services and resource utilization, as well as to promote information sharing and cooperation. • Coordinate with the State Ministry of Health, Locality Health Department, and health actors in Kadugli and other localities to conduct assessments and determine priority needs for the implementation of a Primary Health Care program supported by GOAL. • Ensure that GOAL's Primary Health Care, community health, and nutrition activities are effectively coordinated with other stakeholders in North Darfur, including through the Cluster System and consultations with individual agencies. - Participate in federal-level Health clusters and other relevant forums as requested by the senior management team.

• Ensure the implementation of project activities in alignment with the work plans. • Provide technical support to CHD’s members to enhance the county health system. • Coordinate with log/admin support to guarantee compliance with donor procedures. • Collaborate with the Oxford University team in the Experimental Treatment of Ebola Virus Disease at the Ebola Treatment Center. • Assist with the daily operations of an Ebola Treatment Centre, including ensuring the implementation of infection control measures. – • Provide care for suspected, probable, and confirmed Ebola cases at the Ebola Treatment Centre. • Assist with direct clinical patient care as needed and ensure that staff adhere to infection control protocols.
