 Develop questionnaires and forms for baseline and other needy surveys.  Selection of BVWs and VFUs and training them in different subjects’ vaccination, treatment, Urea Treatment, De-worming, and feeding  Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly work plans.  Preparing training manuals for training of BVWs, VFUs  Training of farmers on the improvement of cattle housing and increase of livestock production.  Train Farmers on the marketing of Animal products.  Collect and analyze field data from BVWs and VFUs for preparing of monthly and quarterly activities reports.  Distribution of chicken to SHG (Self Help Groups) members.  Vaccination of Animals against (ASV.FMD.ETV.NDV).  Spraying animals and stable for prevention of external parasites.  Diagnose and registration of all diseases in different animals and poultry.  Trained VFUs and farmers in business skills, veterinary services, data collection, and extension of animal health service  Monitoring the VFU's activities in the field and collecting monthly reports and entry data for reporting to funded Agencies.  Support the delivery of Animal health services on a Community level.
