• Enabled adoption of inclusive policies by leading civic education that resulted in 10 policy memoranda submitted by women and youth, several approved in Homabay county budgets and legislation. • Advanced digital transformation by facilitating 12 county-level digital proposals, with 6 approved for implementation. • Reduced poverty levels by strengthening community groups and savings schemes, improving household access to finance. • Increased smallholder productivity by training Agri-SMEs, raising output from 12% at baseline to 43% at endline. • Improved household food security by supporting Agro-ecology and value addition, increasing meals from one to three per day. • Supported environmental restoration by distributing 151,200 tree seedlings to schools and community groups across three counties. • Reduced fuel consumption and indoor air pollution by training 600 farmers on energy-saving cookstoves and Woodlot establishment. • Strengthened accountability and learning by implementing MEL frameworks and supporting adaptive program decisions.
