Reporting Officer & Deputy Manager

1. Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation: - Compile and draft accurate, timely, and high-quality narrative and statistical reports of livelihood project for donors, stakeholder, and internal use. - Coordinate with field teams to collect and validate qualitative and quantitative data. - Prepare situation reports, success stories, case studies, and field visit summaries. - Ensure reporting complies with donor and organizational guidelines and formats. - Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons learned documentation. - Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all reports. - Support the M&E team in designing tools, collecting data, and producing analytical reports. - Ensure integration of lessons learned and recommendations into program implementation. - Provide guidance to field staff on reporting, documentation, and data collection. - Contribute to team capacity development through mentoring and on-the-job training. 2. 1. 1.
