Mission:
Your role will be to:
Coordinate support teams and ensure their interaction with program teams Ensure good quality and appropriate resource management when implementing programs
Set up collaborative spaces for inter-team coordination
Ensure that all deadlines are met
Ensure the coordination of support functions with external partners (consortium, national partnerships)
Facilitate the strategic contribution of support functions to the development of the country's strategy and action plan Participate in the coordination of the strategic exercise and its declination into an annual action plan in accordance with ACF policies and directives
Coordinate the implementation of the annual financing plan, the definition and implementation of the mission's logistics, HR, financial strategies and their action plan
Ensure the proper management of resources in the mission
Ensure the contribution of support functions in the development and monitoring of projects/programs Support and accompany Managers in the development and implementation of projects and coordinate their contribution during the phases of writing proposals during the execution of projects or on the occasion of donor reports
Provide support in the development of deliverables on time and solve any problems related to these submissions
Facilitate the understanding of the support departments for the issues of the programs in order to achieve the objectives of the programs
Participate in budget arbitrations on proposals or amendments to mission projects
Facilitate internal and external communication of the mission Ensure adequate communication with the departments concerned at Headquarters
Participate in maintaining good contacts regarding resource management with the actors concerned at the country level
Participate in representation with national and regional authorities on issues related to Logistics, Finance and HR
Supervise the Support Managers team and create a positive and motivating work dynamic within the national Log/End/HR teams
Support the Country Director on the Organization's cross-cutting issues
Contribute to business continuity in the absence of the DP and Support Managers
Profile:
You hold a degree in human resources management, administration, economics/finance, specialization in logistics and/or logistics training.
You have experience in a coordination position in a complex environment, ideally carried out with ACF.
You have already successfully completed basic information management, resource planning, and human resources, finance and logistics management.
You have proven experience in negotiation and problem solving, and you have worked in relations with national authorities.
You know how to manage teams effectively, track performance and bring a strategic vision. You are capable of leadership, integrity and honesty.
You are particularly competent in communication and writing.
You have excellent skills in stress management and emotional intelligence, and complexity management.
Conditions of employment
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2899 to 3376 euros depending on experience
Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in base salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and housing: Travel and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; coverage of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215 euros of flat-rate allowance per RnR
