WORK OBJECTIVES
Execute the operational activities of the Administration and Human Resources department in response to the post-earthquake humanitarian emergency of 24-06-2026. The role ensures the proper functioning of the Administration and HR processes, compliance with ACTED policies, current legal regulations and donor requirements, operating under the direct supervision of the area's Management.
Human Resources Area:
Provide operational assistance in the recruitment and selection processes
Perform administrative monitoring of personnel (vacations, absences, permits) and ensure the updating of individual files for audits.
Prepare administrative documents such as contractual certificates and letters of invitation.
Manage employee income, expenses, and accounts receivable with the Insurance company.
To support the development and updating of national management policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and the ACTED code of conduct
Calculate payroll and ensure the timely declaration and payment of parafiscal obligations (SSO, SPF, FAOV, INCES, RNET).
Administrative and Legal Management:
Process the verification and signing of documents on the corresponding institutional platforms.
Manage the logistical requirements of offices and guesthouses , coordinating guided tours and verifying the condition of the properties.
Follow up on administrative contracts (renewals and relationship with focal points).
Monitor the procedures carried out by the legal team.
Process payments for rent, coworking, and legal services to fulfill business agreements.
Professional with a degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in Human Resources and Administrative processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
