PLAY International

PLAY International is a French NGO founded in 1999 on a conviction: sport is a source of solutions to meet our social challenges. The main mission of PLAY International is to design and implement education and inclusion projects for children and young people in vulnerable situations, using sports play as an educational tool. The NGO works in particular on issues such as access and maintenance at school, equality between girls and boys, community reconciliation, health prevention - eating well - moving well - sleeping well - using screens well, changing the view of disability... Since its creation, PLAY International has implemented educational and humanitarian projects in France and internationally in more than 25 countries for the benefit of nearly 1 million children. Today, the association relies on 6 offices in Burundi, the Comoros, France, Kosovo, Rwanda and Senegal. PLAY International is a member of the SOS Group.

Recruitment context:

The Administrative / Logistics Assistant in Mayotte will support the Project and Antenna Manager in the administrative and logistical management of the NGO's operations on the territory. He will contribute to the general administration of the office, the supply, the management of the equipment while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the requirements of the funders.

Main objective of the position:

Administration, financial and accounting management

  • Monitor administrative files (contracts, correspondence, archiving).

  • Be the point of contact for partners and service providers.

  • Assist in cash management and payments.

  • Registration and proper maintenance of accounting documents in accordance with PLAY's financial procedures.

  • Ensure the transmission of supporting documents to the coordination of Moroni.

  • Assist in expense tracking and budget management.

  • Provide support during audits.

  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of the pedagogical teams.

Secondary objective of the position:

Logistics and purchasing management

  • Follow up on purchase requests and ensure their compliance with internal procedures.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to guarantee the best value for money.

  • Track orders and update purchase documents.

  • Management and monitoring of the car park and travel

  • Ensure the logistics of the pedagogical team: purchase, transport, stock, distribution

The missions described in this sheet are not exhaustive. They can therefore evolve according to the external and internal context.

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in management, administration or equivalent field.

    • Experience of at least one year in a similar position, preferably in an NGO.

    • Mastery of computer tools (Excel, management software, etc.).

    • Good organizational and priority management skills.

    • Great adaptability

    • Sense of communication and team spirit.

    • Mastery of French and other languages depending on the context.

    • B license required

Working conditions:

  • Type of contract: CDDU (Fixed Term of Use Contract)

  • Place of assignment: Mayotte

  • Desired start of position: as soon as possible

  • Contract duration: 12 months renewable

  • Remuneration: €22,120 gross per year, in accordance with the PLAY International salary grid and the Collective Agreement of training organizations

  • Advantages:

    • Catering vouchers (€7 per day, 50% of which are covered by the employer)

    • 50% mutual health insurance.

    • Supplementary pension

    • "Early life" bonus of 10% of the gross salary, paid monthly.

  • Status: non-execution
