Background
The International Development Corporation, a Research & Development organization headquartered in Quebec City, Canada, is seeking change management experts.
Job description
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Development of or contribution to change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives;
Stakeholder and impact analysis;
Support and advice to managers and management teams in their role as agents of change;
Planning of change management activities;
Support for the deployment and appropriation of changes;
Measurement of adoption, use and achievement of benefits;
Knowledge transfer and development of internal capacities in change management.
Required skills and resource profiles
Required skills (transferable)
Ability to analyze complex organizational contexts and identify impacts as well as levers promoting adoption;
Ability to influence and advise different levels of management, including executive teams;
Ability to mobilize stakeholders and support managers in their role as agents of change;
Ability to adapt change management approaches according to the context, the issues and the level of impact;
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
Results orientation, particularly in terms of adoption, use and realization of benefits;
Ability to ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to the development of internal skills;
Fluent in spoken and written French (ability to produce clear, structured deliverables adapted to the business context and ability to lead, simplify and communicate effectively with different audiences in French).
Senior Change Management Consultant
Typical experience:
More than six (6) years of experience in change management;
Experience in organizational or digital transformation projects;
Experience in coaching executives.
Can intervene in particular for:
Supporting the definition of change management guidelines or strategies aligned with organizational objectives;
Supporting and advising management teams in their role as agents of change;
To guide change management decisions based on risks, impacts and adoption levers;
Intervening in complex contexts;
Advising project teams;
To contribute to the establishment of conditions favorable to the adoption and realization of the expected benefits.
Intermediate Change Management Consultant
Typical experience:
Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in change management;
Experience in organizational or digital transformation projects.
Can intervene in particular for:
Contribute to the development of change management strategies;
Conduct impact analyses;
Supporting stakeholder mobilization;
Supporting managers through change;
Recommend approaches adapted to the context and stakeholders;
Support the monitoring of adoption and achievement of benefits.
