Job Summary

The Creative producer directly reports to the Creative producer's Team Leader and works closely with the production officer and Traffic Manager. The Creative Producer's primary responsibility is to write and produce creative content.

Key Responsibilities

CP always goes for efficient resource usage.

CP prepares and develops a promo plan, concept, and storyboard for promo

Projects according to the brief. CP is responsible for copywriting and creating appealing creative solutions.

CP participates in brainstorming sessions and creative talks, helping the team with idea generation and concept development.

CP works closely with the videographer, graphic designers, producers, and sound team to resolve technical and production issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest production techniques.

Adhere to and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines, and SOPs.

Multi-tasker: ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritize accordingly

CP constantly improves problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

CP is hard-working, dependable, takes the initiative, and is entirely dedicated.

"Can-Do" attitude and willingness to take on challenging projects.

Qualifications

High School or Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production or content development.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop engaging creative solutions. · Experience in preparing promo plans, concepts, and storyboards.

Ability to collaborate with videographers, designers, and producers to resolve production challenges.

Knowledge of the latest production techniques and industry trends.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.

Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Adherence to company policies and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
