Assignment :
We are looking for an intern capable of contributing to the development of private resources and supporting projects managed by the Direct Marketing Department, through the following tasks:
Contribute to the management of mailing campaigns (prospecting, customer loyalty)
Manage the operational aspects of fundraising email campaigns
Collect the information necessary for carrying out marketing campaigns (internal/external information)
Coordinate approvals with internal contributors
Manage file exchanges with other associations
Ensure the transmission of information to the donor relations department
Prepare agency briefs for each new message
Contribute to the management of telemarketing campaigns (welcome call, upgrading, reactivation, conversion, etc.) and street marketing campaigns.
Operational management of campaigns in conjunction with service providers
Development and regular updating of content to enrich the knowledge of telemarketers about ACF
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
Monitoring and analysis of the results of mailing, telemarketing and street marketing campaigns
Capitalizing on experiences gained from the different campaigns
Contributing to Benchmarking and Innovation
Monitoring new tools for communication, recruitment and donor retention
Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are preparing a master's degree in marketing, communication or a similar field, ideally specializing in the non-profit sector.
You are proficient with Excel formulas, and you are not apprehensive about working with data.
You are capable of working independently and taking initiative
Proficiency in English is recommended (B1/2).
Employment conditions
Status: Professional training or apprenticeship contract.
Contract duration: 12 months.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Desired schedule: 2 weeks in the company/1 week in class.
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months.
21 days of paid time off (RTT) prorated to time worked.
25 days of paid leave prorated to time worked.
Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% covered by the flat rate for commuting between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets.
Remote work: Open to everyone within metropolitan France, our remote work policy defines the job activities that require mandatory time spent at the association's headquarters, and allows you to choose to work remotely for the remainder of that time, either fully or partially. For this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined. Time spent at headquarters will also be dedicated to team activities: an average of 3 days per month for meetings and team events, and 2 days of mandatory presence during the first 6 weeks of your integration into the team.
