Description
Job Purpose
The employee will be responsible for the entering data and database and archiving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enter data from paper documents and changing to inputs.
2. Check data before entering it.
3. Correct errors in the database if any.
4. Data analysis and cleaning.
5.. Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and procedures.
6. Perform tasks that may be required by the line manager.
7. Quick response to access to information.
8. Maintaining the confidentiality of information and beneficiary data and complying with IYD.
9. E-archive Management
Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
Essential:
Degree Bachelor (at least university degree) in computer sciences .
Experience working on computers and Office programs, including Excel
Intermediate level in English
