Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital and audiovisual content production sector:
•Write and publish content for the website, social networks and newsletters.
•Design digital visuals (infographics, publications, etc.).
•Participate in the production of videos and podcasts (coordination, broadcasting).
•Follow up on blog posts of the volunteer cooperation program.
•Support the design (with the support of specialized firms) and the distribution of promotional videos for the IBCR and its projects, partners and volunteers.
•Support the development of the IBCR podcast (links with the firm and coordination of registration, publication and promotion).

Online Presence and Community Management Component
•Manage social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and animate communities.
•Perform strategic intelligence and propose content adapted to trends.
•Analyze digital performance and optimize campaigns (advertising, boosts).
•Contribute to the digital recruitment strategy of the voluntary cooperation program.
•Manage, distribute and analyze advertisements and boosts on social networks, in partnership with an external company and independently.
•Follow key indicators (engagement, traffic, etc.) and make suggestions for optimization.

Printed Communication Component
•Coordinate the production of printed deliverables (layout, translation, printing).
•Participate in the creation of institutional visuals (brochures, kakémonos, etc.).

General
•Support the drafting of calls for tenders related to communication.
•Participate in internal training (new employees, volunteers, etc.).
•Collaborate in team meetings and cross-cutting projects.
