Main Mission of the Position
Develop, adjust and execute the multi-channel digital strategies of the C'est la vie! program, by ensuring the management and optimization of the digital ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), in order to strengthen the visibility, engagement and mobilization of target communities in the countries of intervention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, analysis and management
Manage the annual digital strategy and program campaigns.
Define strategic orientations, priority KPIs by platform and acquisition objectives (Growth).
Analyze and translate the results of studies (UCLA, BETA, etc.) into concrete operational recommendations for the optimization of content and messages.
Set up and operate a social listening system to identify opportunities, weak signals and risks.
Develop and maintain a digital crisis management protocol (bad buzz).
2. Operational management and animation
Supervise, coordinate and support the digital team (Community Manager, Designers/Motion Designers, Service Providers).
Supervise the programming, publication and dissemination of content (editorial calendar, compliance with validation circuits).
Ensure visual, narrative and editorial consistency (graphic line and tone of voice) of all platforms.
Define moderation standards and coordinate moderation and interaction actions.
Coordinate collaborations with influencers and digital communities.
3. Content and acquisition
Guide and validate the production of creative content (real, stories, educational videos, carousels, podcasts, newsletter) by writing precise briefs.
Design, deploy and optimize sponsored campaigns (Ads - Meta, Google, etc.) with a "Test & Learn" approach to maximize visibility and conversion/click rate.
Ensure the SEO optimization of web platforms to improve natural referencing.
Organize capacity building workshops for the team and partners.
4. Management & Administrative Follow-up
Ensure administrative follow-up related to digital activities (follow-up of Purchase Requests - DA, preparation and sharing of payment receipts, especially those from social networks and digital tools).
Develop and write the Terms of Reference (TDR) for contracting with content creators and external service providers.
Follow the contracting process (estimes, contracts, invoicing) in connection with administration and finance. Manage and optimize the program's digital budget, ensuring rigorous monitoring of expenses and proposing adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Produce periodic financial reporting on digital activities, consistent with narrative and strategic reports.
Wanted profile

Bac +4/5 minimum in Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, or related field.
Experience
5 to 7 years minimum experience in digital management and community animation.
Significant experience in the management of multi-channel digital strategies and the operational management of a small team or service providers.
Mastery of the design, configuration and optimization of sponsored campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience in the associative sector / NGOs / Social development projects is a major asset.
Technical skills
Mastery of social networks and management/reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, social listening/meyling tools).
Strong skills in content production (web writing, storytelling, supervision of creative briefs).
Knowledge of digital performance analysis methodologies and SEO optimization.
Behavioral skills
Collaborative leadership and a strong sense of coordination between multiple stakeholders.
Rigor, sense of planning and organization.
Writing fluency and ability to popularize sensitive messages related to health and rights.
Creativity, curiosity and a strong desire to experiment (Test & Learn approach).
Languages
French: Excellent oral and written level (mandatory).
English: Desired / Operational (for reading, monitoring, exchanges with international partners).
