Mission :
Under the supervision of the Director of Expertise and Advocacy, you will assist two departments: the Expertise and Advocacy Directorate and the Operations Directorate.
Your responsibilities will include:
supporting the operation and management of the Expertise and Advocacy Directorate and the Operations Directorate;
ensuring internal communication for the Expertise and Advocacy Directorate and the Operations Directorate;
monitoring and supporting the management of the Expertise and Advocacy Directorate and the Operations Directorate;
and supporting the monitoring of partnerships, calls for proposals, and the ACF Foundation for the Expertise and Advocacy Directorate.
Profile :
You hold a degree in executive assistance or equivalent qualification relevant to the position.
You have at least two years of experience that has allowed you to develop skills in managing suppliers/partners, organizing meetings/appointments, coordinating events, and organizing and disseminating knowledge.
You are proficient in using writing standards (correct spelling, proper letter formatting, appropriate vocabulary, administrative language, graphic design, etc.).
Creative, attentive, and proactive, you are responsive and able to quickly switch between different activities and/or topics.
Rigorous and organized, you can analyze and produce summary documents, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality in your work. You also possess negotiation and budget monitoring skills.
You communicate effectively and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Employment conditions
Status: Supervisory Staff, Grade 8 - Permanent Contract - Full-time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €34,000 to €41,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT
(reduced working time) Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transportation allowance: 50% reimbursement of the flat rate between home and work

A mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined for this position.
