Assignment :
Your main mission will be to coordinate ACF's interventions in the Ouaddai, Sila, and Wadi-Fira provinces.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the implementation of ACF's strategy in your area of operation;
Coordinating the overall implementation of programs in the Sila and Ouaddai provinces;
Supervising teams in your area of operation;
Facilitating relations with coordination teams;
Representing ACF and facilitating relations with partners, authorities, UN agencies, and NGOs in your area of operation;
Ensuring reporting and communication
; Ensuring safety and security in your area of operation;
and Making frequent field visits within your assigned area.
Profile:
You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a field related to humanitarian action: international relations, political science, international cooperation, or a technical degree relevant to one of our areas of intervention. You have 2 to 5 years of experience managing humanitarian or development projects, ideally with prior experience in a similar role and/or with Action Against Hunger.
You have significant experience in team and security management in a similar context.
You possess strong planning and organizational skills, as well as a high level of autonomy and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
You have excellent management and leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and are fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract under French law: 6 months until 31/12/2026.
Gross monthly salary: from €2,597 to €2,968 depending on experience, including a 13th-month bonus.
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary.
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract.
Monthly per diem and living expenses: €838 net, paid on-site.
Monthly context allowance: €300.
Child allowance: €1,500 per year per child present in the country of origin (capped at €6,000/year).
Transportation and accommodation: Travel and shared accommodation provided.
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health insurance contributions and repatriation insurance, and your medical expenses for up to 1 month after the end of your contract.
Salary maintenance schemes (illness, maternity, paternity).
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of paid leave and 20 RnR per year; coverage of the ticket with a ceiling to travel to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of flat-rate allowance per RnR.

Monitoring and support of professional development.
Unlimited and free access to the Talentsoft e-learning platform.
