Here’s where you come in:
As the Finance Analyst, VisionFund International youwill provide reporting and financial advisory, research, consulting and support that informs decision making, and supports the financial management of VFI.
To meet this end, this position is responsible for the collection and consolidation of monthly reporting data across the network. Initially the Finance Analyst will review this data for quality and errors and then leverage this data to produce monthly management reports for the Board and senior management. The Finance Analyst will also prepare and design specialized, complex and/or large data financial reports.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's or University degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 4-6 years of experience preferably in an international NGO environment, multinational organization or an international audit/accounting environment.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Advanced skills in Sunsystems, PowerBI, Power Query and/or Power Apps
Experience of preparing complex management reports on a timely basis
Has substantial and successful experience working in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed work environment (preferably with some experience working with and supporting people off-shore) and is able to work with several functional managers or stakeholders.
Fluency in written and spoken English
