Description
We are looking for an experienced Free Shop Officer to manage and further develop our FreeShop — a key component of Habibi.Works that provides essential items in a dignified and accessible way.
You will oversee inventory, coordinate donations and procurement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the FreeShop while working closely with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and maintain oversight of FreeShop items
Coordinate donor relationships and procurement processes
Facilitate FreeShop access and participant appointments
Maintain the FreeShop space and train team members
Support fundraising efforts related to the FreeShop
Participate in team meetings and daily operational tasks
Profile
EU citizenship required
Experience in logistics, distribution, or FreeShop systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
Leadership and team coordination experience
Driver’s licence
Minimum age: 22
