The Danish Council for Refugees – DRC Colombia Program has received a grant for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Colombia, and as part of its support services to guarantee the objectives of its mission, it seeks proposals from a proponent of the fuel supply service (running gasoline and ACPM) intended for the organization's vehicles, boats and power plants, through direct delivery to service stations nationwide (Colombia) without cash. For the above, it seeks to invite different providers to participate in the proposal request process (RFP) with the purpose of generating one or more Framework Agreements for the provision of such services.

The initial validity of the Framework Agreement will be for twenty-four (24) months, with the possibility of extension of twelve (12) more months according to the needs of the Organization and conformity assessment of the provision of the requested services.

The award of the Framework Agreement may be partial, as decided by the bidding evaluation committee, so the maximum estimated amount of execution will be projected according to the subsidies awarded to the Organization, it may also be distributed among one or more bidders according to the compliance with the technical specifications of the requested service.

Keep in mind that this proposal request process has certain selection and award criteria that must comply with three stages of evaluation: 1.) Administrative, 2) Technical and 3) Financial; each stage requires information and documents from the proponent that will determine whether he will move to the next stage or not, so his proposal must pass the administrative evaluation stage before being considered for the technical and financial evaluation.
