Key Responsibilities:

He is responsible for managing the technical department and starts the work of a main department with the basics of the system. He is responsible for following up on the implementation of building and managing the technical team to achieve the set goals, studying the necessary software and technical solutions for automating the work technology and following up on the implementation of the goal for optimal performance within the departments and sections of the system, and maintaining the presence of technical support to rationalise the system.

• Developing IT strategies and implementation plans

• Identifying the system's IT resource and human resource needs

• Monitoring the provision of services and technical support to the system's departments and section

• Ensuring the optimal utilisation of IT resources

• Ensuring the quality of service provided by the department to institutions

• Preparing the department's budget in line with the system's needs and objectives

• Studying the necessary technical and engineering solutions for automating the system's operations .

• Securing and monitoring the implementation of proposed solutions

• Providing the necessary technical support to complete the proposed processes and solutions

• Distributing tasks among department member

• Evaluating the performance of department staff

• Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within their area of ​​expertise

• Submitting a weekly progress report

• Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Information Engineering

• Fluent in Arabic & English (strong written and verbal skills)

• Possess advanced skills in using desktop and laptop computers with expertise.

• Experience with technical software.

• Advanced programming knowledge.

• Experience in database management.

• Experience in analyzing and planning business systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to continuously improve and enhance quantitative and qualitative efficiency.
