Mission :
We are looking for an intern to support the Learning and Skills Development Officer in all stages of the skills development plan, from needs assessment to consolidation and implementation, through the following tasks:
Organize in-person and/or remote training sessions at headquarters.
Update the training schedule.
Ensure the logistical organization of training sessions: booking rooms, preparing teaching materials, welcoming trainers and participants.
Ensure the smooth running of training sessions on the day.
Ensure the administrative follow-up of training sessions.
Manage participant registrations.
Prepare and follow up on administrative documents: agreements, purchase orders, attendance sheets, invoices.
Update tracking tools (TalentSoft, Excel).
Monitor attendance and report absences.
Contribute to training coordination and advice.
Be identified as the contact between trainers and service providers.
Assist the coordinator in her tasks of clarifying training needs and providing guidance.
Participate in communication about training sessions (emails, practical information).
Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the management and optimization of the LMS (TalentSoft).
Participate in the creation of educational and communication materials.
Participate in facilitating the onboarding seminar.
Contribute to process improvement (tools, organization, learner experience) in collaboration with other team members.
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, management, instructional design, business school, or a related field.
You are open-minded, motivated by learning and skills development, and
you enjoy collaborative and people-oriented environments.
Employment conditions
Mandatory Condition: Must have an internship agreement issued by a French educational institution
Internship duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris)
Desired contract start date: 07/09/2026
Salary Conditions:
Internship paid at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week).
Weekly working hours (38.75h).
Meal vouchers at 8 EUR (60% covered by ACF).
Coverage of up to 50% of public transport costs.
