Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics, modeling, and data visualization frameworks. The role requires strong expertise in translating complex datasets into actionable insights and leading data science teams in the delivery of high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in data analytics, statistical methods, and handling diverse data formats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading data science teams to design and implement analytical models.

• Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

• Developing and overseeing data visualization frameworks to support communication and advocacy.

• Ensuring data quality, integration, and consistency across formats (APIs, CSVs, and others).

• Providing technical leadership in applying advanced statistical and machine learning methods.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in data analytics and modeling.

• Proven experience leading data science teams and managing large-scale data projects.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse data formats and sources (APIs, CSVs, databases, etc.).
