Mission:
Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Director of Finance and Operations, your mission will be to support the accounting closing of the Pools according to the closing schedule and to support the activities of the service.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Update the follow-up of receivables and facilitate the exchange of information
Support the Delegated Management in relation to international accounting
Participate in the implementation of new accounting software in our Country Offices
Participate in the implementation of engagement accounting in our Country Offices
Support the Country Offices in the preparation for the annual audit in West Africa (Ohada area)

Profile:
You have an accounting training and proven experience in this field (? 2 years), ideally in the humanitarian environment.
You are able to implement a carbon accounting tool and use an accounting and banking software package.
Educator, organized and reactive, you know how to communicate effectively orally and in writing, manage priorities and show tact, flexibility and skill in relations with your interlocutors.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive - Fixed-term contract from 01/12/2025 to 20/04/2026 - Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 37K to 44K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT
Health coverage, pension: 80% coverage by ACF

Transport Allowances: 50% coverage of the flat rate between home and workplace
Allowances Restaurant tickets (Up lunch card): 60% coverage by the association for a value of 8 euros

Telework: Teleworking open to all from the metropolitan territory
No mandatory face-to-face on this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Group face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
