Job Summary

The Project Manager is a critical role within the management department, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing multiple simultaneous projects across the pipeline. Working closely with the MD, the PM supports scoping and planning cross functional Projects pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee planning and delivery of productions from concept to completion, balancing creative, operational, and technical requirements

• Manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints

• Build and maintain project management systems (workplans, trackers, risk registers, budget plans) tailored to each production

• Track project performance against goals and flag deviations early

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Maintain strong working relationships with partner networks, broadcasters, and production companies

• Liaise with senior management to define project scope, priorities, and requirements

• Meet with partners to gather detailed briefs and clarify production requirements

• Represent the production pipeline in meetings, discussions, and industry events

Reporting & Documentation

• Deliver regular (daily/weekly/monthly) progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and audit trails

• Advise on and recommend a project health check, along with a high-level overview for management.

• Manage budget tracking, expense approvals, and resource allocation across projects

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise project coordinators, ensuring consistent reporting, monitoring, and evaluation standards

• Facilitate regular cross-project meetings to share lessons learned and resolve shared challenges

• Build leadership capability within the coordination team

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring bottlenecks across the pipeline and propose process improvements

• Support adoption of digital project management tools to reduce manual reporting work

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Media, Communications, or similar); Master's degree or PMP/PgMP preferred

Experience

• 4–7 years of project management experience, ideally in media, broadcast, or production environments

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

Certifications

• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
