The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the RFQ for Communication Negotiation Training - Consultancy.

The consultancy aims to develop a comprehensive toolkit that equips displaced, and conflict affected groups in Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon with practical communication and negotiation strategies to enhance their ability to secure protective and rights-based outcomes. This toolkit will build on the existing negotiation practices that both women and youth already engage in, while strengthening their agency to navigate key legal and protection challenges in displacement contexts.

Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ‘ToR’’.
